Kate Love Simpson Genealogy-Local History Room
The Morgan County Chapter OGS library collection is shelved at the Kate Love Simpson Library Genealogy-Local History Room, located at 358 E Main Street in McConnelsville. The collection can be accessed during KLSL normal hours of operation. They are closed most holidays and when Morgan Local Schools are closed for inclement weather. If you are traveling a distance, you may want to call before your visit. The collection includes:
- over two-thousand volumes
- over three-hundred family histories
- 99 microfilm reels of Morgan County archival newspapers
- extensive Ohio County History collection
- extensive Morgan County, Ohio yearbook collection
